Statement of Faith
The Bible: The Bible is divinely inspired Word of God, is trustworthy, completely true and without error. (2 Timothy 3:16, 2 Peter 1:21)
The Trinity: God is One and God exists in three persons: God the Father, God the Son,and God the Holy Spirit. (Deuteronomy 6:4, Matthew 28:19, 2 Corinthians 13:14, John 10:30)
Creation: By His own pleasure, God created, sustains, and rules all things. All creation exists for and attests to His glory. Man is created in the image of God. (Genesis 1:1, Genesis 1:26-27, Psalm 19:1, Daniel 2:21, Revelation 4:11)
Sin: All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 3:23, Romans 6:23)
Jesus Christ: Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was born of the virgin Mary, led a sinless life, died on the cross for man's sins, rose again from the dead, ascended to the right hand of God the Father, and will come again to judge the living and the dead. (Luke 1:34-35, John 3:16, Mark 16:19, Phillipians 2:9-11)
The Holy Spirit: The Holy Spirit indwells the believer, convicting him of sin, leading him into truth, and empowering him for Godly living. (John 16: 7-15, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20)
